We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our Marketing Team and take Rappi to the next level.
The Marketing Team at Rappi is responsible for building and driving crucial marketing capabilities from ideation phase all the way to becoming a successful revenue earning engine across all the cities we serve. 
The team will be based in Sao Paulo, Mexico City or Bogota.
This role will report to our Founders and will work closely with the whole company, specifically with the CPO, CTO, and Commercial Leaders.

What are you going to do?

Formulate and implement overall marketing strategy and direction.Position Rappi as top of mind.Keep our company at the cutting edge of.Marketing best practices.Oversee marketing functions including brand and content marketing, CRM, media relations, and liaison with industry and stakeholders.Manage and optimize Rappi´s marketing budget allocation.Track and monitor area KPIs Identify opportunities for new technology transfer to local industries. Promote strategic alliances with business partners.Build a long-term relationship with industry and business partners to consolidate collaboration.Responsible for shaping marketing strategy, owning marketing intelligence, driving strategic accountability, and partnering with all functions to provide critical guidance, insights and strategic framework 

What are you going to do?

Bachelor's degree required, having an MBA is a plus Proficient English.Strong, demonstrated leadership ability+10 years of marketing experience.Comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with high complex business challenges.High-growth operations or startup experience is a big plus.Someone pro active, biased toward action, great collaborator and that is constantly pushing toward delivery.Strategic vision and creativity.Highly analytical, comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.Exceptional communication and organization skills.Exceptional Excel and SQL skills.
