Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our Data Privacy Compliance platform, OneTrust is seeking a dynamic and enterprising Technical Implementation Consultant.

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will handle the overall responsibility for the implementation projects and the customer relationship by working directly with our strategic, enterprise customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Data Privacy Compliance platform. 

In this role, you will play a critical role in the adoption, design and usability of our product and work directly with our customers to ensure they have a positive implementation experience and leverage our solution to its fullest. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your development background in a unique way and develop consulting / client facing skills. 

We're looking for a TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT that will report to the Technical Implementation Team Lead. 

What you’ll do:

            Overall Project Management

  • Oversee the technical implementation and platform adoption for all customer projects from start to finish.
  • Provide assurance and oversight to customers implementing OneTrust’s platform regarding SaaS implementations including underlying hardware and software architectures.
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues and assist the customers with potential work-around in the time being.
  • Complete internal and project documentation (including configuration logs and functional specifications).

Technical Tasks

  • Use your experience across a broad range of core technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, to support the customer in implementing OneTrust and debugging any potential front-end issue.
  • Work closely with the customers in order to integrate the OneTrust platform with their other systems, mainly using your API skills. 
  • Potentially use your back-end knowledge to setup custom integrations with our customers, when needed.
  • Work closely with UI/UX design, marketing, product management and engineering on project goals and requirements.

Company and Software Involvement

  • Seek opportunities in day-to-day workflow to improve quality and efficiency from ideation to deployment 
  • Document processes and workflows in shareable documents for future use and adoption  
  • Be an advocate for our customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering with a focus on steering the OneTrust roadmap  
  • Monitor and analyse the customers adoption of our solution features and functionality in order to provide leadership with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development.

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development or related degree  
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, technical consulting; with expertise in architecting and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives  
  • Experience working with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations  
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python 
  • Effective customer-facing communication skills. Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customer  
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management).  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or webinars.  
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving host, and decision-making capabilities  
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment  
  • Willingness to travel, as job requires (Estimated 10-20%) 
  • Commutable to London Fenchurch Street
