About the role

Our Chief Product & Experience Officer is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as his prime liaison and strategic advisor. S/He will work closely with the Global leadership team in leading and executing strategic initiatives and projects,  both internally and externally.  


 Core Responsibilities

  • Trusted Advisor
  • Represent the Chief Product Officer in meetings as needed serve as the gatekeeper, prioritize Chief Product Officer’s schedule
  • Sounding board and confidant
  • Foresee and resolve problems as they emerge
  • Write first drafts of proposals, emails, letters etc
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and ensuring action items are executed
  • Acting as the communication arm with other executives in the organization, clients or major stakeholders 

General Management/ Execution

  • Drive visibility and alignment across the company
  • Lead day to day business operations and strategic planning efforts
  • Drive operational efficiencies and process improvement
  • Lead alignment of KPIs, goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop external/internal communications strategy
  • Set business cadence and operational rhythm
  • Foster change agility and employee resiliency to increase benefit realization and for key initiatives, while minimizing business disruption

Product Development and Delivery Strategy

  • Work with Product leadership to develop a forward-looking strategy
  • Align and prioritize cross-functional efforts to ensure strategy is accurately translated into successful execution
  • Provide visibility & improve stakeholder relationships


  • 5-10 years of experience working as a Chief of Staff and/or supporting C-Level executives. 

  • Relevant and proven experience in Business Operations and Management. 

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

  • Experience working in a project management organization.

  • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/material as well as communicate effectively with senior executives.

  • Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.

  • Works well independently as well as with a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response

  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

  • Extremely reliable character with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
