We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead international expansion for Coinbase’s consumer products. You will define the international product and growth strategy, align internal stakeholders, and drive execution in service of bringing Coinbase’s products to millions of customers around the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will help define the international strategy and product roadmap to achieve ambitious international expansion and adoption goals.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, legal, finance, business, and regional teams, to understand and prioritize product requirements.
  • You will work cross-functionally to drive successful execution of the international product roadmap, including launching new products, growing adoption and engagement of existing products, and ensuring exceptional local product quality and compliance with global/local regulations.
  • You will work with peer product teams to align roadmaps, strategies and execution plans toward achieving shared objectives.

What we look for in you:

  • 6+ years of product management or other relevant experience
  • You have a demonstrated track record for developing and launching successful consumer or financial technology products internationally.
  • You are a strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives (including legal, finance, business, engineering, and customer experience) to create an actionable plan.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • You are very comfortable working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
  • You are a self-starter and a quick learner.

Nice to haves:

  • MBA and/or technical degree.
  • You have experience working on internationalization or international expansion.
  • You have experience working internationally, and/or have proficiency in a non-English language.
  • You have experience working in business development, corporate development, business operations, finance, or legal functions.
