Your work-life opportunity:
Working in Global Partners, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of PartnerAcquistion - from the day they first show interest in our platform and ensuring they have the most positive journey throughout their time becoming a Partner. Being part of the Global team means you will need to coordinate with Regional and Local CRM and comms teams, provide support, to ensure best practices across all regions, unify reporting, and detect weak links in the funnel. The Global Partner CRM Manager will create the processes to send automatic campaigns to all leads globally through all types of channels (SMS, emails…). This role will require a deep knowledge of CRM tools to be able to implement and support any integration needed from the technical side.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Master the Marketing Cloud software to define scalable and adaptable CRM campaigns
- Design all the automatic campaigns to send comms to Restaurant Leads
- Work closely with the global Sales Project Manager to coordinate for new implementations
- Work closely with the local Sales teams to identify opportunities
- Own CRM KPIs as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
- Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions
- Provide analytical support to the retention team for anything that they may need
- Report on activity and effectiveness of all retention and CRM efforts
- Degree in business, marketing, Advertising, Economics or similar
- 2+ years working with a CRM tool (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud). Proven experience in CRM programming
- Proven track record of devising and delivering successful CRM programs
- HTML expertise
- Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization. Experience with Looker is a plus
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
