The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for working with China leadership team in driving business operations, creating and managing Rhythm of the Business, driving strategic and organizational initiatives alignment, and business processes to meet key objectives and priorities for China BU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with China leadership team to Support China BU strategy planning and OKR tracking
  • Define and create memo, deck and speaker notes for key business review meetings, speaking engagements, Organizational, partner and customer interactions. Ensure proper follow up to key China BU meetings.
  • Lead & coordinate the organizational and China business review meetings while driving process improvements to scale.
  • Lead & coordinate with finance, DS and talent team on Org and Business scorecard/metrics while managing to Business priorities set by the LT
  • Define and implement a communications strategy and execution to meet Organizational objectives with the right content/cadence, the right audience and at the right time.
  • Host inter-company guest visits as a representative for China BU.  

Key Requirements:

  • Have a blend of outstanding strategic, business, communications, and planning skills
  • Proven track record of ensuring accountability, results and seamless execution; ability to steer leaders and constituents towards decisions 
  • Top-notch business acumen, consultative skills, critical thinking, problem solving, facilitation, and organizational skills 
  • Excellent writer, with the skills to distill complex content into clear, concise and engaging communications, and able to write with speed and accuracy 
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, and communication skills with all levels of management and employees 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to judge situations accurately and quickly, grasping complexities, identifying key issues and support sound judgment 
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity, and distilling to executable actions 
  • Quantitative skills and experience creating compelling business presentations 
  • English Native speaker, and fluent in Chinese in both oral and written.
  • Experience in working in a consulting firm is a plus.
  • Result driven, detail oriented, and a fast learner.
  • Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable 






  1. 深入爱彼迎中国业务,快速理解业务现状及发展趋势,确定测了运营的目标体系,根据中国业务策略计划把控业务运营结果;
  2. 通过感知及分析业务问题,利用数据化运营思维,快速进行策略的部署优化,包括但不限于模型、规则、流程、机制等;
  3. 主导并推动跨部门跨职能团队的协同沟通,推动业务落地及发展。
  4. 负责美国总部和中国业务线之间的沟通协作 


  1. 具有丰富的项目管理经验,其中,有策略运营、产品互联网行业商业策略分析、咨询公司相关经验优先;
  2. 具备敏锐的洞察力,快速的策略和业务理解能力,及跨团队沟通协作能力;
  3. 具备一定的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力及组织协调能力;
  4. 英语可以作为工作语言,良好的汇报文字功底。
