Get to know the Role:
As Channel Manager you will work directly with the Head of GrabAds to develop, service and manage relationships with channel partners in the market. You will be the day-to-day key contact point for channel partners. You will be working with them in developing sales strategies and training their sales team on GrabAds solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with GrabAds internal teams to provide sales, marketing, finance and ad operation support to channel partners. Your ultimate goal is to enable channel partners in achieving their sales targets. You will be a leader in the digital media and advertising industry.
The day-to-day activities:
On-board and provide regular training to channel partners on GradAds solutions
Engage with the wider GrabAds team including sales, marketing, finance and operations to enable partners in your market
Collaborate with Head of GrabAds for insight and guidance to ensure alignment with the country and regional priorities
Set up regular sales check-ins to ensure partners are delivering sales targets
Deliver reporting, performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders from both GrabAds and partners’ side in order to rapidly scale success.
The must haves:
Experience in media and ad sales teams particularly in channel management
Sound understanding and experience of digital ads ecosystem and navigating challenges in the channels space
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions
Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong Sales Tool/CRM experience
Proven track record of delivering against targets
