Reporting to the Account Support Manager, you will be a part of Deliveroo’s Small Medium Business (SMB) team tasked with growing and enhancing existing partnerships and driving growth across an extensive restaurant portfolio. You will be joining one of the fastest growing start-ups in the world, surrounded by a top-notch team of enthusiastic self-starters that are passionate about delivering a fantastic service and contributing to the exciting journey that Deliveroo is on.
We are looking for a SMB Account Manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded startup. You'll be liaising with restaurants located in various cities around Australia. This role is office based with all communication held through phone and email. Your role will involve cultivating existing restaurant relationships and helping them increase their online sales with a large portfolio of restaurants. This is an excellent role for a commercial and outgoing individual who enjoys building and maintaining relationships.
Maintaining and growing relationships between Deliveroo and restaurant partners
Proactively and reactively assist customers to increase online sales through Deliveroo
Adhere to internal processes to streamline administrative support
Supporting marketing initiatives and encouraging your portfolio to implement these
Managing Deliveroo restaurant admin tasks
Assessing restaurant menus
Basic data analysis & reporting
Complete account query and issue resolution
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years working experience, ideally in a commercial environment where you have to deal with many clients / customers. This would be a perfect role for a recent grad or entry level applicant
You must be outgoing and a strong communicator whether face to face, through phone or email - experience in customer service is ideal!
You must be commercially minded and results oriented
You must be a self-starter, hard-worker and well organised
You should be comfortable using different technology
Excel experience is preferred but not essential
Negotiation experience is valuable to the role, but not essential
Ability to work on various projects at the same time
