Located in the city’s South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood, the KeepTruckin headquarters is a walk away from Oracle Park (go Giants!) and Union Square. Our building—built in 1923—has a unique industrial, open feel made comfortable with countless comfy couches and beautiful greenery. We are moving into our beautiful new 68,000 sq foot headquarters in SOMA, and we need an outstanding workplace operations team member to help make the move seamless and keep us running smoothly. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech unicorn who needs an experienced facilities operations person to help us with a variety of engineering tasks.
The ideal person is a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks and is thoughtful about their work to ensure the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests and team members. This role reports to the SF Office Manager and is part of a dynamic and talented Workplace Team. We are seeking someone who likes to have fun, learn and work with all types of personalities.

Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down for events and in-office meetingsResponding to Office Maintenance tickets w/service requests for a 4-floor office building w/+/-  500 employeesTrouble-shooting for KT Office ManagerWorking with contractors and vendors as neededHVAC/Electrical experience a plusMail and package distributionGeneral office repairsAssembling and setting up furniturePrioritize project tasks to efficiently manage multiple stages of the project life-cycleAssist with overall workplace security, safety, and reception desk as required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experienceHigh energy with the ability to move quickly, physicallyReliable and punctualExcellent customer serviceFlexible, with a can-do attitudeGoogle doc, Slack, ZenDesk, SpaceIQ experience is helpful but not a requirement
