About the Job:
As a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing, you will serve as the connective tissue, working cross-functionally across the Go-to-Market functions to derive key insights and actions that can help acquire and retain the highest LTV customers. In this role, you will work to execute high-priority projects & help drive key sales and marketing initiatives within the organization. The most important attributes for success includes a deep curiosity rooted in data combined with the ability to communicate across a disparate set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Partner with the Marketing team to set KPIs and report weekly on performance to proactively find gaps, set targets, and identify new market opportunitiesOwn and manage the growth model which establishes the leading indicator targets for the selling funnelInterface with executives to drive projects from inception to completion - data warehousing, ETL, modeling, dashboarding, and recommending insightsTeach internal teams on technical skills and guide users through new dashboard and analytics tools and create support documentationBe a champion of data culture among our teams and mentor junior team members Build self-service tools to enable cross-functional teams to optimize processes
Qualifications:4-6 years in an analytical or strategic roleB.A./B.S in Math, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplineHands on experience coordinating projects across the business to identify areas of improvements, and implement solutionsExperience communicating with senior leadership (C-Level, VPs) to drive alignment among business stakeholders from divergent functionsExperience as an individual contributor and mentor to junior team membersHistory of using key metrics like MQL, net retention, churn etc.. to evaluate and optimize the customer journey for subscription-based companies is a strong plusDeep analytical roots: you use frameworks, data, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to help structure the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and reach insightful, actionable answers to challenging and ambiguous problemsFamiliarity with Python/R, or other scripting language using statistical packages, such as NumPy and Pandas
