The role:This Talent Acquisition Lead role will see you playing an integral part in growing the existing team in our San Francisco office. This role will see you driving the recruitment strategy across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent and taking candidates on the journey about what it is like to work at Airwallex.
You will partner with key stakeholders from the business and act as a trusted advisor when it comes to recruitment best practices with the main goal being a seamless candidate experience.

Skill and Experience You Will Bring:5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role 2+ years experience working for a top tech companyDemonstrable experience recruiting across many role typesSome exposure to Human Resources activities is an advantageProven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholdersBachelor Degree preferred
