Operational : Daily follow-up with merchants to enable GrabPay on merchants platforms. Work closely with Marketing team on the campaign preparation.
Marketing : Introduce existing and upcoming marketing campaigns to merchants and follow-up with participating merchants.
Technical : Get familiar with measurements and data points across process flow—able to identify issues and potential points for improvement.
Communication : Able to communicate ideas, suggestions, opinions, and issues clearly and efficiently.
Financial : Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for merchants, promo report reconciliation, , daily reconciliation report for Digital Goods; Prepare purchase requisition when required, prepare invoices to merchants and liaise with local finance.
