Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing automate system to collect data from taximeter and or gps in taxi product
  • Find alternative product of taximeter that more advance in technology which can be used and appropriate with ID regulation
  • Enhancing IOT in Taxi product
  • Providing assistance and support in related operational system application, documentation, and relevant support in operational system application issues;
  • Advice user on appropriate action;
  • Identify, escalate issues with related parties to find best solution;
  • Prepare activity reports;
  • Managing operational system application user access;
  • Providing reports to Stakeholder
  • Establish communication with vendor for all activity related taxi

Qualifications :

  • Min D3 Information Technology / System Information / Management / Electrical engineering
  • Min 5 year working experience in related position with background in automotive industry. Have background in Taxi Industry is preferable
  • Advance knowledge in Taxi technology
  • Understand automotive industry and taxi and have interest in automotive updates
  • Have experience and good understanding in M2M or IOT
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player
  • Spirit, initiative and result oriented
