Job Description

This position report to Merchant Operation Manager and responsible for 2 main areas.

  

Product lead for integration project

  • Design workflow with POS partners to deploy according business plan

  • Ensure monitoring progress of integration process for each partner or merchants 

  • Improve quality of integration process to optimize cost & timeline 

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance visibility & sufficient information to optimize performance of internal & external stakeholders

Merchant experience services

  • Design training & communication process to merchants in order to ensure transparent information

  • Manage & develop hotline team to ensure merchants listened during cooperate with us

PMO & BI for merchant after merchant onboarding

  • Involve in business requirements, testing, UAT, product deployment for interrelated projects or programs to ensure successful delivery.

  • Ensure detailed plan, implementation & action plan with regional team to make sure roll out plan on track & successfully

  • Lead communication internally to ensure all related business unit awareness

  • Manage & coach members to scale all scope of work & meet project KPI

  • Be able to design & calculate key metrics to evaluate performances of projects

Competencies:

  • Team management experience is required at least 3 years

  • Experience similar role with strongly skilled in project management, business analyst roles

  • Possess high analytical thinking skill & data analytical

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Advanced IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint, Excel & BI tools

  • Experience in E-commerce, CS, Banking, e-wallet is a plus
