Your work-life opportunity:

We're looking for a Head of Sales who can drive the expansion of the Business in the country geographically and manage and supervise the selection strategy of Italy. You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the platform while delivering on aggressive sales and growth targets.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Build, scale and manage a successful sales team working closely with local leadership and other local teams
  • Create and manage successful partnerships with outsourced providers
  • Manage directly negotiations with big Chains and big Players in the market
  • Set the team strategy according to the country priorities and translate it into mid/short term tattics
  • Drive successful execution, on time deliverables with high quality standard
  • Work closely with the sales operations team and sales providers to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change
  • Be a bar raiser
  • Be a coach and a mentor for the team
  • Drive positive changes: Makes things happen!

You have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development leader in the country
  • Track record as a leader managing various  teams (internal and external) and functions
  • Experienced in working with Marketing team
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience in content selection and sourcing/optimization strategies
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
