ABOUT THE TEAMThe Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING• You will help develop Revolut’s growth strategy, execution and optimization of all marketing initiatives in France and BeNeLux through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of user acquisition• You will plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing, etc.• You will design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs)• You will design, develop and manage strategy, planning and execution of brand campaigns across France and BeNeLux that educate potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and enhance brand equity• You will own the all social media accounts for Revolut in France and BeNeLux• You will closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)• You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI• You will build an events calendar• You will establish and maintain relationships with French and BeNeLux government bodies and trade organizations, as well as other potential strategic partners
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU• You are passionate about growth marketing and have at least 3 years of experience of driving comprehensive and integrated marketing initiatives• You have relevant experience from working in a high-growth company (a plus)• You have a passion for design and think outside the box to optimize growth opportunities and brand equity• You’re a storyteller that leverages data insights and know how to design campaigns that attract and retain customers• You have experience with successfully running marketing campaigns in France and BeNeLux• You have flawless French & English language ability and great communication skills• You’re hard-working, a self-starter, hands-on and want to grow your career and marketing knowledge• You’re hard-working, a self-starter, hands-on and want to grow your career and marketing knowledge• You’re results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
