The Talent Coordinator role requires someone smart, energetic and analytical.  As bablyon continues to grow you’ll play a pivotal role in organising interviews for a high volume of candidates progressing through our hiring process. The goal is to provide a world-class coordination service to the commercial recruitment team in a rapidly growing environment. You’ll thrive in removing chaos by providing a smooth and structured coordination process. With an analytical and proactive approach, you’d suggest process improvements that enable the interview process to run more efficiently. For this role, you need to have excellent organisational skills - managing complex diaries and moving quickly to complete key steps in hiring processes will be your strengths.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating diaries across outlook and internal recruitment systems (ATS)Organising meetings efficiently while ensuring that meeting rooms are availableGo the extra mile conduct “meet and greet” sessions with candidates if no one is availableThink quickly on your feet to trouble-shoot unexpected issues or challengesProvide structured updates to the team on completed interview bookingsIn some cases, manage the front-end process with candidates submitted via agenciesIf necessary, help to screen candidates by reviewing the relevance of CV’s to job briefsGrow reliable and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders across the businessBe proactive and share creative ideas that contribute to the success of the wider teamHave a good knowledge of the bablyon vision and keep up to date with key market updatesAdapting to fast-paced environments and growing credibility quicklyPrioritising multiple objectives and managing stakeholders to focus on key issuesGrowing relationships with people and connecting with a high emotional intelligence

Requirements:

Experience scheduling and supporting efficient, hyper-growth recruitment activity.Experience in prioritising different functions and tasks while managing their work time.Self-directed, detailed orientated problem solver with demonstrated experience and creativity in developing and improving processes.Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.Someone who has worked in an organisation with high engineering standards, undergoing a large tech scale up would be ideal - but not required.
