What will you do in this roleIdentify the GSI ecosystem for INDIA in agreement with global/geo teams and local sales management and ensure that strong governance principles and processes are in place for GSIs in the region.The long list includes India based GSIs Become the executive liaison with executives at GSIs to plan strategies to build businesses within both organizationsWork on growing and developing GSI relationship in the region, and thereby enabling them to plan, develop and launch innovative solutions, based on UiPath technology.Liaise with geo and global counterparts to leverage global partnerships and strategies for consistency and growth.Work with channel marketing and the global channel program office to build GTM marketing activities and programs that will most effectively grow pipeline and footprint.Work with local sales leaders to incorporate the partner strategy into regional strategies.Works as part of the team that assists in sell-THROUGH transactions.Help to drive wins, use cases and success stories with the same GSIs.
What will you bring for this rolePrevious experience of $/target driven role with direct customer engagement essential.About 20 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, preferably with GSI-partner essential.In-depth understanding of GSI-partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offerings, etc.Humble attitude towards colleagues, partners and other key stakeholders.Strong relationship-building skills, ability of taking ownership of various tasks at hand as well as capability to operate in the ever-changing environment of a start-up.Experience of managing significant partner- or customer-accounts.Industry expertise preferred though not compulsory.Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Fluency in English.Preferred Location: Mumbai
