Join Lightricks for a productive learning experience where you will get to build the latest tech behind our award winning apps. As a Research Intern at Lightricks, you will lead a research project in one of our fields of interest. Working on features for specific products is also an opportunity for more production-oriented interns. You will be accompanied by our team of researchers and developers to bring your work to fruition. We’re looking for excellent undergraduate and graduate students with a proven track record who are passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in our domains of interest. Our key areas of technology research include: computer vision, signal processing, machine learning, 3D graphics, computational photography, human-computer interaction, big data analysis, data-mining and applied statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting applied research and building productive prototypes.
  • Graduate students - Publishing meaningful results in academic conferences as a result of SOTA research results.

Requirements

  • Excellent students entering their final year of studies towards a B.Sc or students studying towards an M.Sc or Ph.D. degree in a technical field from a top tier university or equivalent experience.
  • Strong coding skills in Python or another OO language.
  • Strong applied math background.
  • Candidates should be prepared to work on an intensive research project during the internship period (3 months minimum).
  • Research experience and familiarity with the literature in one of the Lightricks’ areas of interest - a plus.
