The Retail Sales Analyst will be a key contributor to the success of Impossible Foods in the Retail channel. You will collect, develop, centralize, and disseminate company and product information to support the Retail Sales team and selling process. You will develop internal and external sales materials, including but not limited to decks for sales calls and supporting new item launches. You will report to the Director of Retail Category Management in Redwood City, California.

Collect, centralizes, and disseminate all company and product information to Be responsible for all coordination for the retail sales leaders including samples and meetings.Analyze customer POS and syndicated data to support the Retail Sales team.Gather and manage sales materials required for the business. Executes special projects as determined by team/manager.Coordinate business planning process. Proactively understand and supports team's data and tracking needs as projects are developed. Communicate with all team members, key stakeholders, and third-party vendors.Coordinate new customer set-up from both an internal and external perspectiveUse appropriate tools, systems, processes, and resources to support the organization with the ability to explain data and processes.
You HaveA Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university.2+ years of CPG/food retail sales experience.A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Food's mission.Recent experience growing a brand and pioneering retail sales.An ability to collaborate across functions and departments (MarComms, Finance, Strategy, etc.)Ability to work independently and navigate in an ever-changing and often chaotic (and exciting) high growth environment.A positive attitude and drive to excel.Skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
