Juul’s People Strategy team is looking for a self-starter to help us build and scale our data, reporting, and analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analytics (People or talent analytics a plus!) and the ability to turn data into strategic insights.



  • Use data to tell the story about our people (eg. talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, diversity & inclusion)  that impact both the Business and Human Resources
  • Own analyses that enable our Executive team to make decisions on company-wide people strategy and priorities (e.g. compensation modeling, recruiting pipeline optimization, strategic organizational design, employee engagement survey, attrition modeling)


  • Partner with the people teams to identify areas of opportunity
  • Define KPI and metrics that people care about
  • Partner to develop a long term, strategic, people analytics roadmap
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company (e.g., Finance, Corporate Strategy) and within the People team (e.g., Head of People, Total Rewards, Global Expansion, and Talent) in the development of these analyses and key results
  • Bringing critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions


  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (People, Talent, HR preferred)
  • Proficiency with Analytical tools - Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, R Studio
  • Proficiency with BI Tools - Tableau, Mode, Google Data Studio or equivalent dashboarding tool
  • Strong organizational skills and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and client expectations
  • Experience with Workday is preferred (implementation, report building and module configuration)
  • Strong sense of personal accountability with the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
