Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Go-To-Market
We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager to join the Enterprise Strategy & Go-To-Market team and help supercharge the growth of WeWork’s Enterprise business - which represents over 40% of WeWork’s business globally. Our team’s mission is to help drive key Enterprise markets and customer segments to their full potential.
As a small, high-impact team, we shape the direction of the Enterprise business by partnering across Sales, BD, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to set go-to-market strategy, ensure effective execution, improve ongoing operations and drive key strategic initiatives.
Recent initiatives led by the team include launching new markets, segmenting and prioritizing Enterprise accounts, optimizing sales operating model, creating customer feedback loops to enhance the Enterprise value proposition and bringing new offerings to market.
The role is based in NYC, with occasional domestic and/or global travel as required.
In this role, you will…
Build strong relationships and credibility across the organization
Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise business and its customers
Conduct analyses, deliver actionable insights and develop cross-functional bets
Develop clear frameworks to evaluate Enterprise performance in markets and identify regional and market-specific growth levers
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional and market-specific growth strategies and launch new Enterprise markets
Build go-to-market playbooks to drive best practice
Develop insights based on market research and customer data to inform Enterprise value prop, positioning, pricing, product roadmaps and/or the development of new offerings
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and other functions to align and prioritize efforts
Create consensus and drive collaboration across functions - and execute alongside or in place of other functions as needed
Coach, manage and develop junior members of the team

You have 5-7 years of highly-relevant experience, combining both strategy and on-the-ground execution. For example, relevant experience may include time at top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or in an operational role at a high-growth, sales-driven B2B company
