Working closely with the team, develop and maintain a robust content strategy to engage, educate and grow Foodpreneurs’ business, in line with GrabFood’s business goals and objectives.
Own and manage the content hub and calendar for merchants, while supporting key content initiatives on Marketing, Product, Mex Experience teams’ roadmaps.
[In the interim] Drive training content strategy for the training team to execute training content for MEX
Create, adapt and publish engaging content. This may include editing and proof-reading.
Manage and work with exclusive partners and vendors/ agencies for content
Repurpose content for various channels (e.g. newsletters, social media, blogs, training materials, comms etc.), and adopt the most relevant and effective writing style.
Monitor and report engagement metrics for content and continue to improve on it.
Set the standard for writing/ language and tone used and the desired content quality.

-Lead or deliver specific client studies autonomously with direct contact with senior executives in the organization
-Mentor and guide junior members of the team
-Work on Grab's top agenda projects from ideation to execution. These projects span across the entire organisation (our 6 countries and across all our business units) and will influence the overall strategic direction of the firm.
-Be a sounding board for the strategic initiatives and decisions of senior management staff
The day-to-day activities:
-Own a functional day-to-day responsibility typical in a strategy function while applying expertise to drive multiple high impact 'build the business' projects
-Support client teams at various stages; for example, providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutioning, advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution
-Some projects may require travel across the six countries
