The day-to-day activities:

  • Mentor, train, and review the work of assigned associates

  • Ensures accurate and timely payment to partners

  • Maintain accurate accounts of payments to partners for financial audit and reporting

  • Work closely with Customer Service & Finance departments to investigate & manage partner inquiries and disputes on payments & incentives

  • Assist in improving company payment policies and procedures in a fast changing business environment

  • Manage reporting and analysis across payment campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach

  • Leverage insights around different payments use cases to drive a compelling communications narrative for payment


What the individual would be like:

  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in similar roles, including at least 1 year experience leading a team

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related major

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Attention to detail and excellent with numbers

  • Good to have auditing / process improvement background

  • Good written & spoken English

  • Must be well versed with Excel formulas and functions (e.g. data lookup function, IF conditional function, advanced pivot table)

  • Experience with using Excel Macros / SAP systems an advantage
