About the Team: This is a unique opportunity to make a large impact on our new users and our roadmap through data-driven exploration and science. Our mission is to directly impact the business by developing features and implementing experiments that provide meaningful value to customers.. You will help drive product improvements leading to growth that expands beyond the first a-ha moment and growth hacking. The Activation & Virality team is chartered with increasing new user activation and overall product virality. Some of the product experiences the team owns include user onboarding and sharing. The AV team is also responsible for growth initiatives across our product suite. This growth work requires us to contribute to a breadth of InVision’s products – the common goal being to increase key metrics and improve overall product adoption. What you’ll do: Use your knowledge and expertise in Javascript development along with system design to build robust, production ready front end application solutions across many parts of our product Analyzing, building and shipping new growth features within our product A/B testing to ensure we are continually adding value to our users Exchange ideas/data/feedback with the rest of the team to present results and make the product more user centric Work on a lean startup process Collaborate and coordinate with different teams on common projects with a goal of shipping quality work in a timely manner Your work will touch all the AARRR metrics (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) The growth team operates like a mini-startup-- you will transition between front-end styling to client-side and server-side logic, write unit and functional tests, and verify before deploying What you’ll bring:   You’ve achieved excellence in experimentation and pursuit of growth and maybe have previous experience working on a Growth Team, you also have experience running A/B Tests to optimize You’re passionate about data analytics, metrics and statistics. What you’ll do: Own the relationship with your stakeholders through excellent communication, collaboration, and the alignment of your work with what matters Identify revenue opportunities using any and all relevant data approaches (modeling, analysis, reporting) Identify efficiency opportunities using data (eg having our Sales team focused on the greatest opportunities and risks) Enable data driven decisions throughout the Sales team Drive learning through the use of data and your ability to share and distribute learnings Provide access to data through dashboards and other tools to empower your team, and look for opportunities to automate and scale your insights What you’ll bring:   A passion for, and track record of, leveraging data for business impact in an enterprise SaaS environment Ability to write complex and performant SQL queries to extract data Experience in designing and building successful models for Sales teams and the math / stats and programming skills required to do so (Python or R) Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex problems into meaningful and interpretable insights Experience with visualization tools such as Mode Analytics (or others like Tableau, Looker) Advanced degree in statistics or other quantitative field preferred About InVision: InVision offers an incredibly unique work environment.
