In this role, you will provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal and Talent teams. You will also be a key point of contact for employees and ensure they are well educated and informed about our equity program and processes. What You'll Do: Administer all aspects of Credit Karma’s equity programs Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, terminations, leaves, etc.) and ensure that they are correctly processed in a timely manner Continue to develop the stock administration function, including improvements in process, documentation,  and implementing automated solutions. Partner with our Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Talent teams Support our compensation team with analysis and modeling Support employee understanding of equity awards programs and policies. Support any future SEC reporting requirements Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and custom reports on share plan activity Maintain the cap table, and other supporting documents for internal/external  auditors and respond accurately, thoroughly and timely to requests for data. Produce recurring reports for multiple of our corporate partners (e.g., HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance,     Accounting, etc.) and vendors, and respond to ad-hoc data requests. Manage desktop procedures, calendars, ensure all information remains current; assist with documentation of equity-related processes. Assist with cross-functional ad-hoc projects. What We Expect: You have a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 8+ years experience as an in-house stock administrator. Experience managing an equity administration system, such as Shareworks, Schwab or Equity Edge Online both in private and public company settings Strong communication skills with the ability to explain facts and answer questions in a clear, respectful and concise manner Certified Equity Professional (CEP) a must You have strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects.
