The Basics: As a Tanium User Experience Designer, you will be tasked with designing best-of-breed products as part of a small and highly agile design and development team.  Tanium focuses on a strong customer engagement model and feedback process to ensure our products are designed the right way from the beginning.  When new products ideas are identified, user experience designers are responsible for iterating and designing the products from the ground up, while continuously iterating with product management, engineering and customers for feedback and input. Reports to the Residence Security Team Lead.   We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications: Education BA/BS and/or relevant work experience preferred Certified Leadership Course preferred Experience: Government, Military, Law Enforcement, and/or  3+ years in a security role required Specialty training or experience in Executive Protection and/or Estate Security required Successful completion of a recognized Executive Protection Course preferred Successful completion of a recognized Tactical/Evasive Driving Course preferred Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal required Ability to work as member of a team required National and State Licenses: Current CA Guard Card required Current CA Exposed Firearms Permit required Current CA CCW preferred Valid US Passport required Valid State driver license required CPR/AED/First Aid required EMT/Paramedic preferred About Tanium: At Tanium, we empower the world’s largest organizations to manage and protect their mission-critical networks.
