ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Director of Customer Acquisition for Peloton Digital will lead the charge in aggressively growing revenue for Peloton. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a hard-working, highly motivated individual to join our growing Accounting team. Create and maintain in-depth Balance Sheet analytics and work closely with internal teams, such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), to effectively report results.  Assist and support Manager and Senior Accountant in the implementation of new Fixed Asset Module, Netgain. Work closely with Accounting Manager to ensure new and existing lease population is in compliance with ASC 842 leasing standard. Investigate reporting discrepancies / anomalies and communicate issues as they arise in a timely manner. Review existing processes, structures, and systems to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities with a focus on simplification, standardization and optimization, especially the reduction of manual, Excel-based activities. Continually develop, expand and improve month end close and financial reporting procedures and help drive the reduction of the close timeline by assessing and streamlining close-related activities. Support the year-end financial statement audit, as well as any statutory audits that may arise. Review relevant expense accounts for proper accruals, coding and accounting. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license preferred 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a mix of private and public accounting experience preferred Experience with a Big 4 firm and/or SEC registered company Must be a highly organized, detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization. Most importantly, we know that together we go far. THE ROLE:  Peloton’s Field Operations provides a world-class delivery experience with in-home setup and installation. The Field Specialist provides support and education of our bike and tablet innovating the delivery experience for our Peloton members. Our Field Specialists are the front-line ambassadors to our members and are responsible for supporting Peloton’s mission to put our members first.  WHAT YOU’LL DO: Excite and educate new members by providing a comprehensive orientation on Peloton’s bike and tablet  Support the member through the entire delivery experience Stage the bike and any additional accessories in the members home Install the Peloton hardware and be able to troubleshoot issues in-home Maintenance of your designated fleet vehicle Manage delivery route with Peloton systems and maintain communication with the member prior to delivery Adhere to and prioritize Peloton’s standards of safety for yourself, your team member, and the member on and off the road at all times REQUIREMENTS: An outgoing, dynamic personality, and excellent presentation skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere A passion for fitness and exercise Good problem solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 145 lbs with assistance Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary   This position involves loading, unloading and carrying Peloton products up to 145 lbs with assistance, sometimes up and down stairs. Ideal candidates must be able to perform physical activity for their full shift. Hours vary but typically begin between 6AM-10AM and end before 9PM.
