Manager, Product Operations ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Manager of Product Operations to join one of the fastest growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the best VC firms in the SaaS space. What you'll do Drive Operational Excellence process and make sure key metrics and trend reports are available to our Product and Engineering teams  Create Pendo Center of Excellence and process that will enable cross-functional teams to safely utilize Pendo for in-app messaging and feature adoption metrics Establish a process for managing Alpha and Beta programs; assure there are success metrics and learnings absorbed by the R&D Organization  Partner with our Customer Success organization to create a Product Advisory board; own engagement and process to inform product development  Partner with our Sales and Marketing organization to understand key gaps in opening strategic opportunities and incorporate competitive analysis into Product Development process Gather key insights and feedback for the Product team to influence the roadmap/prioritization of potential product changes Aggregate and analyze issues using internal tools, customer surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights. Work with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions. Partner with the training team to establish enablement programs for both Product and Engineering teams to accelerate on-boarding of new employees and enable development of existing employees What you'll need BA/BS Degree required  4+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, Product Marketing, UX Research or Operations Management experience with prior experience growing and developing team members Experience with Pendo, Tableau and SQL  Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data Experience driving process changes across the organization  Experience with cross functional collaboration and negotiation Hands-on experience  and passion for software development  MBA preferred Why ServiceTitan? The UX Researcher will conduct qualitative and quantitative research that will improve the user experience across ServiceTitan products and services. This person will report to the Director of Service Design and work closely with designers, product managers, other researchers and various cross-functional teams, to share insights about our customers experience. The UX Researcher needs to be passionate about user research of all types and be a creative thinker with a strong research foundation but a flexible approach in this fast-moving organization. Payments Support Specialist The Payments Support Specialist is a strategic role at ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan’s Sr. Manager (or Manager) of Business Development is an integral, highly-visible role to ensure the growth and development of ServiceTitan. S/he will serve as an internal resource and trusted advisor to identify and launch key initiatives that will drive success for various departments. The ideal candidate has strong core skills in strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to inform better ways of operating by leveraging external parties. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and self-driven to optimize company initiatives through the introduction of new programs, processes, and partnerships. As our Sr. Manager/Manager, Business Development, you will:  Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies leveraging external parties Recommend and implement new programs and processes while ensuring a successful transition Lead Business Development initiatives from initiation to completion, serving as a functional advisor to inform and influence product management and design throughout the entire lifecycle Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses through business cases, financial models, and related deliverables; Size revenue and efficiency opportunities for all initiatives, while prioritizing initiatives accordingly Build and manage partner integrations ecosystem, and define the strategic direction of integrations strategy (including monetization) while collaborating with the Product team  Develop and execute a referral/reseller strategy with various categories of partners while collaborating with Sales  Build implementation and consulting partner program for clients while collaborating with Customer Success team to build implementation and consulting partner program for clients To be successful in this role, you'll need:  5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in management consulting, business operations, or similar experience) Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact (SaaS and/or API experience a plus) Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage external parties to optimize company initiatives (e.g. implementation partners, resellers) Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively cross-functionally Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communications skills Why ServiceTitan? As our Manager / Sr. Manager of Growth Assessments (New Products & Services), you will: Identify and evaluate strategic initiatives across new products and services that fit within the home services ecosystem and align to company objectives Develop business cases that dive deeper into recommendations on new products and services based on various research and analyses, including TAM analysis, customer demand, pricing/packaging, etc. Establish and maintain a global framework of key dimensions/criteria used to evaluate and prioritize build of new products and services -- dimensions such as market sizing, product fit, competition, strategic value, etc. Partner with Product to identify and roadmap product features and prioritize them based on level of effort, customer impact, etc. Collaborate with the Growth Development and Revenue teams to develop a playbook on how to effectively sell to prospects and existing customers (up-sell), e.g. developing entrance criteria, market testing, interviewing customers/prospects, reporting, etc. Assist in other strategic projects to support expansion into other growth opportunities such as new products, new add-on products within existing and future verticals, new services, and geographies To be successful in this role, you'll need:  4-8 years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/development, business operations or similar role Experience in B2B technology market environments with exposure to Software or SaaS businesses preferred Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels Why ServiceTitan?
