The IT Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for managing the installation and configuration of Knotel’s technology services. The Service Delivery Engineer will be tasked with delivering networking, physical infrastructure, conference room solutions and custom technology deployments. The Service Delivery Engineer will be required to have a fundamental understanding of technology interoperability with a focus on on-site implementation of network services. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing existing assets within Knotel's London portfolio of properties and driving the management and process at new locations. The facilities manager will perform management functions including working closely with the Real Estate team during the leasing stage to ensure operational handovers, ensure full property management from the point of signing and the subsequent maintenance and operation of those spaces. Additional responsibilities include developing budgets, answering operational and financial questions from internal departments, and developing relationships and resolving issues with Landlords (where Knotel leases the asset). The Project Manager will be charged with owning the build and fit-out of our workspaces in Germany. You will work closely with the Real Estate, Growth, Construction and Design teams to plan, organize, and manage the build-out process from start to finish. The Workplace Strategist will provide day-to-day support to Knotel’s real estate and sales teams in Knotel’s new expansion markets. You will assist in the assessment of spaces, complete standard test fits, help with client meetings and complete modified furniture layouts.  You will work on many stages of numerous projects from executing drawings to managing outside consultant relationships, and interfacing with potential clients helping with new spaces from start of assessment to fit-out completion. This role is based in San Francisco. The Project Architect will will analyze spaces and apply Knotel’s standards for design and architecture. They will navigate building codes and help shape the direction of Knotel’s physical spaces throughout San Francisco. They will work on many stages of numerous projects, from developing schematic design to managing outside consultant relationships, along with construction documentation of our new spaces from start to finish.  The Project Architect will work closely with other members of Knotel’s staff which expose them to real estate leasing and negotiating; as well as construction budgeting, scheduling, and build out. Working alongside our Lead Interior Designer, the Project Interior Designer will be charged with designing many of our new office spaces from start to finish. S/he will be responsible for preparing design presentations including sketches and material boards, leading design conversations in client meetings, working drawings including construction details, millwork details, and specifications.
