Position Cybereason, a global, pre-IPO tech company is seeking what will be the first internal tax leader responsible for designing and building out their global tax operation with a strong expertise and reliance on hiring and managing accounting and law firm vendors. The Head of Tax will have ownership over all aspects of Cybereason’s global tax provision, tax compliance, planning and strategy with significant exposure to both the U.S. business and international operations currently spanning many global jurisdictions. Job Description: In-house senior attorney position with the Legal Department of a joint venture of a leading multinational cybersecurity company reporting to the Company’s General Counsel in Boston, U.S. The position will be a member of management of the joint venture with Softbank and work closely with the CEO and other members of management The position requires a business enabler to provide proactive, practical and supporting advice to a sales team and procurement at a high pace environment. Work both independently and as part of a diverse, highly professional in-house international legal team supporting commercial transactions with customers and vendors.
