As the Credit Bureau Dispute Processing Manager / Lead, you will be responsible for the day to day aspects of Credit Reporting, including managing the credit reporting team. In this role you are responsible for compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and other regulatory guidance. You will also be responsible for identifying, escalating, and resolving areas of risk related to credit bureau reporting. You will work regularly with operations strategy, compliance, and on occasion our legal department or outside counsel to ensure reporting is fair and accurate for customers at all points in their life cycle. Job Description As an Email Marketing Specialist at Avant you’ll be the linchpin to executing all email programs, as well as a key voice in strategic communications for customer acquisition and experience.
