THE ROLE: The Senior Business Manager (SBM) plays a critical role as the first point of contact for large over indexed National Account Wholesale and C&C customers. The SBM develops, implements and executes account plans that deliver the brand and sales objectives for assigned customers. The rolls scope is route to market and associated affiliated retailers and will work closely with the SBM for TBG (Retail) on negotiation and future planning Specific responsibilities include: Development and Implementation of account plans, product listings, new customer acquisition, management and delivery of revenue; management and implementation of trade and promotional programmes Performance in this role will be measured primarily by achievement of product listings and distribution, revenue, volume and sales growth and supporting retail execution in assigned accounts Monitor, Implement and support the ongoing execution of AV process across indirect retailers ensuring full visibility at all times of stockist and performance vs AV requirements Develop in conjunction with the Wholesale Activation Manager the annual JBP. Key Responsibilities Job Infrastructure: Design and maintain our new job family structure including job leveling and job catalog. Market Reconnaissance: Lead the gathering of insights on competitive pay levels and practices to determine global competitive position by labor market. Develop and update quantitative models and formulate recommendations and updates to the compensation structure. Salary Structure: Design/partner with finance to develop compensation and/or organization designs including long- and short-term incentives, milestone rewards and global compensation structures.  Lead Pay Reviews: Lead the development and completion of compensation reviews and recommendations related to merit / promo / equity increases. Lead design and administration of sales compensation calculations and process. Support expatriates and cross-border transfers. Recruiting: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity and variable compensation. Systems: Work with the People technology team to ensure that compensation and job profile requirements are satisfied and data accurately reflects salary structures and variable programs. Storytelling: Design and build compensation metrics, reports and tools to inform compensation program decisions and analyze business outcomes. Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds. Communications & Education: Create materials to effectively communicate compensation plans, policies and practices to the People team, employees and managers. Executive Compensation: Lead the design and development of executive compensation programs, including long-term equity awards, compensation committee materials and stock-plan administration. Recognition: Lead the design and administration of our innovative peer- and manager-initiated recognition portfolio. Compliance: Ensure pay practices are compliant with US federal and state requirements (i.e. FLSA, minimum wage, overtime, etc) and requirements for each country in which we operate. Preferred Qualifications Experience with compensation in a high-growth organization and know how to deliver pressing daily needs with an eye towards achieving longer-term objectives.   Minimum of 3+ years of compensation experience. Demonstrated ability to define and solve practical pay problems. Demonstrated ability to create accurate, validated exhibits to facilitate decision making. Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills. Significant experience working with HR technology, data interfaces, and reporting. Experience with SOP processes and GLP regulation. Experience with pharmacology/toxicology study design (often incorporating analytical chemistry), data analysis, and report review. Experience understanding and managing diverse data sets with multiple test articles being tested in a variety of assays. Experience with aerosol science and/or in the vaping & tobacco industry is a plus. Experience with Python or R as applied to data science is a plus. Reporting to the Senior Manager – HR IT Enterprise Applications, we are actively looking for a Technical Analyst – HRIT  role in San Francisco to support our HR implementation projects.  The individual will work closely with JUUL business partners (HR, IT, Finance, Legal etc.), BSAs, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and also demonstrate both existing and new functionalities to the business stakeholders. This job requires a Technical Analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, proactively identify and resolve problems. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, and analyze business requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions within Workday/Success Factors and other SaaS based HR systems. Deliver Technical specifications to include workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to business partners and 3 rd party vendors. Conduct fit/gap analysis on HR/LMS/ATS applications and business requirements, and collaborate with business partners to estimate project impact. Work with Business Analyst, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired Technical changes. Work with business partners to demonstrate the changes to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication Perform Technical unit testing and system integration testing of the solution Change Request handling, requiring the development of new or improved procedures using Enterprise tools and customizing in industry best practices. Investigating, analyzing, and solve enterprise Application problems (including sub systems) and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.    Professional Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Technical analyst in implementing or supporting SaaS based HR applications (Workday /SuccessFactors, Greenhouse/ Cornerstone etc). Knowledge in enterprise integrations using web services, SOAP/REST, XML, XSLT. Experience in writing Technical specs for integrating HR Systems with other enterprise applications or 3rd party systems Domain knowledge in HR Functions (Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation etc) Contribute to and maintain best practice process management approach for Business and IT Center of Excellence (COE) Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment Architects applications that are scalable and meet the needs of the customer. Strong MS Visio and Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Analyzing medium to complex business problems in order to solve them with an automated solution. Data Analytics Experience . ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The position of Behavioral Science Research Associate will work closely with the Behavioral Science leadership and Project Leads with significant opportunities for professional development and mentoring.  Roles and responsibilities include providing support to the implementation of the behavioral research plan and specific project coordination, data analysis and reporting, research protocol development and document management, manuscript and presentation preparation, development of intervention content, and participation in team, department and cross-JUUL research and implementation project meetings.
