Responsibilities Own and drive the feedback loop that drives continuous improvement and high quality reviews for the global claims department.  Review estimates written by vendors, analyze trends and work in conjunction with claims leadership to develop effective action plans for vendors to improve results.  Track, Report, and Analyze industry standard vs company trends Determine estimate accuracy  Present findings to management in monthly meetings  Evaluate and set performance metrics for vendors handling auto estimating duties Fully responsible for a specialty area of estimating and vehicle damage assessment Demonstrates superb judgment such that managers ask for opinion on how to handle some types of cases.
